Manage tendering and estimation process for Hardscape & Softscape construction projects, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing to secure profitable contracts. This role involves leading a team, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders to develop and submit detailed and compliant proposals that meet client needs.Client DetailsOur client is a market leading Landscape progressive local company that provides a complete end to end Survey, Design, Build, Operations & Maintenance, and Activation services. They leverage a global international partnership network and home-grown expertise, and together they have a deep understanding of Saudi Arabias various climates, topographies, native species & what serves well in such environments and become trusted to deliver excellence to a diverse range of clientele across the region.DescriptionRole Responsibilities:Study the technical and commercial tender documents for the project.Define direct and indirect cost values.Define the projects risks opportunities i.e.: BOQ Quantities vs DD, Logistics, construction site conditions and stakeholders.Strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.Liaise with different departments to answer all tender queries and to close all PTCs (pricing terms and conditions) efficiently, including Risk/Legal department to ensure efficient execution of Contracts.Manage and mentor the tendering and estimation team, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.ProfileRole Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in tendering and bidding process within the hardscape and softscape industry with a preference for experience in Saudi Arabia.Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction market, regulations, and tendering procedures.Proven track record of successfully managing and winning large-scale construction tenders and bids.Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to details.Fluent in English and Arabic.Job OfferThis is an opportunity to join a market leading company with a clear succession plan for the role and the ability to earn a market related salary and benefits.
