Job Description

Main Purpose of Job:This role will be taking responsibility for pre-tendering and tenders across the entire Roche Diagnostic product portfolio. This job requires tender expertise. Tender Specialist reports directly to RDSA Tender Manager.Main Job Duties/Responsibility:Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of tenders? activities (pre-submission and Post submission), day to day and Long run Tenders.
  • Follow-up on purchasing tenders and all tenders submitted are filled out satisfying clients? requirements and complying with company criteria.????
  • Coordinating with any Division especially with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs ensuring fulfillment of any requirements.?????
  • Reviewing Calculation sheets ensuring all quotations are quoted with the proper provisions and getting the required approvals. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ??
  • Ensuring process is met such as but not limited to, collecting pricing strategy, technical data, compliance sheets, and bank guarantees are processed correctly and on time.???????
  • Ensuring tender submittal on time, opening session has been attended, and announce all information to concerned department.??????????
  • Analyzing tenders results and comparing it with another tenders/awarded projects when required.???????????????????
  • Prepare Bids and Tenders reports/activities ensuring all data are available.???????
  • Escalate on time and per process on critical concerns.????
  • Ensuring all administrative bidding work such as but not limited to (Proper archiving, Electronic Database, Registers, etc.) are properly maintained and updated.
  • Provide frequent update reports to RDSA Leaders on tender?s news, update & award expectations.
