Job Description

?On behalf of one of Saudi Arabia?s leading Real Estate and Property developers, we are seeking a Tenant Relations Manager for their Riyadh operations. ?Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for ensuring all tenants are aligned and comply with policies and regulations.

  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of tenants during their tenancy. This will include developing and managing effective relationships across tenants, the property management team, customers, and cross-functional staff.
  • You will build relationships to ensure successful delivery of both short- and long-term expectations of the stakeholders whilst implementing strategies to advance retailers revenue, operations, and sustainability.
  • You will liaise between the Tenants and the Property Management team, Tenant Performance Management, Operational management, and liaise between the Retail Tenants, and the organizational departments.
