Job Description

On behalf of one of Saudi Arabia?s leading Real Estate and Property developers, we are seeking a Tenant Relations Executive for their Riyadh operations. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for handling tenant demands & complaints and ensuring service level goals are met within the standard policies and guidelines of the operations division.

  • Create and archive all letters, contracts, internal notes, correspondence, project license, and official documents in both soft and hard copies.
  • Coordinate all communication in & out between the tenant and related departments to track and resolve internal/external issues.
  • Ensure closing the complaints with satisfactory results and report all cases to the department head.
  • Conduct tenant satisfaction survey program on a semi-annual basis and provide summary reports of tenant?s satisfaction with recommendations to upgrade the service according to the survey results.
  • Handle customer complaints and addressing matters to concerned functions and suggest operational process as per the work demands reflecting the overall rules for the enhancement of the property.
  • Attend customer and tenant inquiries over the phone and attend direct meetings.
  • Measure tenant complaints to specified standards to ensure their operations are within the guidelines of their signed lease agreement and regulations.
  • Execute any task related to tenant relations requested by the management.
