Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Call Customers to promote a certain financial offer / Service or more to customers for all our channels.
  • Handling customer comments or suggestions and handing them over to the related Sector.
  • Managing outbound calls in a timely manner and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other call center team to improve the work.
  • Following call center ?scripts? when handling different topics and meeting the quality of the call.
  • Identifying customers? needs, clarify information, providing solutions for every issue.
  • Meet monthly/ yearly targets of sales.
