Job Description

As a Telesales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of high-quality coffee machines, vending machines, caf? equipment, and related products, to potential and existing customers. This role involves engaging with clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and business growth.Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential and existing customers to promote and sell coffee machines, vending machines, caf? equipment, and related products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers using prepared scripts.
  • Answer inquiries regarding product specifications, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure smooth coordination with the logistics team.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies.
