Job title Project ManagerReports to VP Technical issues & ProjectsJob purpose? To plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the E2E Managed Services project. ? To work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and budget and direction of the project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. ? To assure that the project achieves the specific KPIs for managed services.Duties and responsibilities? Preparation of Project operations procedures & follow up.? KPI Monitoring & Follow-up and issue (Daily-Weekly-Monthly) Reports for each KPI? Productivity Monitoring & Follow up and issue reports on (Installation & Maintenance) for Both I&R and OSP for Fiber & Copper, HFO and EFO business sectors? Find creative solutions to increase productivity and improve KPIs and reduce cost? Follow up on invoicing and clearing payments with STC? Coaching & training of the project team? Resources Planning Management (Manpower & Tools & Transportation)QualificationsQualifications include:? Education MSC in Project Management or equivalent in Business Management o BSC in Telecommunications Engineering as a minimum? Skill so MS Office & Power point presentations, MS Project ? Competencies Communication, Influence & Political effectiveness, Motivation, Adaptable, Open Minded, Self-confident? Professional Certification PMP certified? Experience 10 years? experience in telecommunications engineering o 5 years practicing as a Project manager in similar fieldsDirect reportsThe Project Managers will supervise directly the following positions:1- HFO Manager2- EFO Manager3- Quality Officer4- HR Officer5- Customer Relationships6- Inventory Supervisor7- IT & Reporting Manager8- Logistics & Support Services Supervisor
