The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and functional aspects of Odoo, ensuring efficient system operation and user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily onsite support to the client, addressing technical and functional issues in Odoo ERP.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot Odoo modules, ensuring seamless operation of the system.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Odoo configurations or customizations.
  • Develop and deploy minor customizations or enhancements to meet client-specific needs.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Odoo applications.
  • Train end-users and assist them in effectively utilizing the system.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on support activities and system status.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations, customizations, and resolved issues.
