We offer governments a platform for multi-agency collaboration that facilitates paperless cross-border trade, offers speedier customs processing, and emphasizes transparency and visibility.We have executed various types of IT modernization implementation and integration projects for customs administrations in countries such as Kuwait, Malaysia, Egypt, Pakistan, and Ghana. We are one of Agility?s enterprise solutions developers that consistently deliver highly successful IT projects.The role in brief:You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the complete offline & online documentation for clients & internal users in English and Arabic.Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of all software documentation based on technical writing standards.
  • Responsible for preparing Software Design Specification documentation, User Manuals, Training Manuals, Online Help etc.
  • Responsible for creating multi-media information/content to communicate functionality, policies, procedures, etc. to end users.
  • Contribute to the marketing documentation such as brochures, content for the website and pre-sales documentation such as proposals.
  • Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.
  • Independently execute offshore documentation assignments liaising with product development and documentation peers located overseas.
  • Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or establishment personnel
