Assist Projects /Retail Sales team technical clarifications as required by Contactor/Consultant/Site engineer /Retailer.ÿ
After sales on customer dissatisfaction for Legrand product.ÿ
Support sales and retail team on Salesforce CRM.ÿ
Coordinate effectively with the Partners, System integrator for speedy submission of Quotations to Contractors.ÿ
Coordinate with the Generalist & Prescription Team and get their support to close the loop through the Contractors, Consultants, and End Users.ÿ
Prepare and update all projects in daily basis in Sales Force, in which should provide high visibility and accuracy on the projects status and pipeline.ÿ
Monitor and target competitors? activity.ÿ
Organize technical meetings, mini seminars and provide all available technical support to enhance Legrand awareness and presence in the market.ÿ
Establish and develop permanent contacts with major and key customers to promote Legrand products and gain jobs on long term basis.ÿ
