Technical Office EngineerKey Accountabilities :•Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans and blueprints for construction projects.•Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation related to architectural design, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.•Research and select appropriate construction materials, finishes, and equipment that meet project requirements and budget constraints.•Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to address design issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure project objectives are met.•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, verify adherence to architectural plans and specifications, and identify any deviations or quality issues that require correction.Qualification:•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or any related field.•Knowledge: Saudi Building Codes, construction details, and finishings.•Skills: Advanced in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.•Experience: 7 years of related experience.📍 Location : Riyadh
