Job Description

As a member of the engineering team, you are required to apply your knowledge to the entire software development life-cycle. Innovation, research, and collaboration to achieve business and client best interests are the qualities that we are looking for.KEY Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and oversee solution architecture.
  • Ability to design event-driven message protocols & APIs between microservices.
  • Select appropriate tools and approaches to achieve product goals
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of experience in software development for Banks / Financial Institutions
  • Experience in building and leading a multifunctional development team(Web, mobile, backend, devops, data, and QA).
  • Ability to break down complex requirements into workable tasks.
  • The ability to communicate with a product lead and a design lead to clarify/adjust requirements is a must.
  • Ability to own a business problem and coordinate solutions across multifunctional teams.
