Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading turnkey interior fitout company in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking for a Technical Draftsman to create technical drawings for their clients. You will be responsible for-<br /><br />- Prepare full set of ID working drawings for Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Retail which include (but not limited to):<br />- Developing concept design, schematic phase and detailed design development for interior projects.<br />- Space Planning, Custom-made joinery details<br />- In-charge of all respective General drawings, Joinery Package, Details & Schedules.<br />- Coordinating with Interior design team, and other specialist to complete the job in timely and cost-effective manner<br />- Preparation of BOQ<br />- Site inspection knowledge is a +<br />- Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials<br />- Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software<br /><b></b><br /><br /><br /><br />Requirements- An associates degree or certification program in architectural drafting, or similar.<br />- Candidate must have experience in Commercial project (offices, Retail, F&B)<br />-, structural or civil draftsmen will not be considered<br />- BIM or REVIT is not needed, the candidate should be proficient on AutoCAD software<br />- In-depth knowledge of building design, specifications, codes, and structural analysis<br /><br /><br />BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits<br />
