Job Description

The opportunityProject: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project will consist of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment and arts along with all associated infrastructure.Mace is currently bidding for one of the several Delivery Partner roles which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing, coordinating and taking accountability for all technical services related issues (planning, design, engineering, , digital, sustainability, lean) corresponding to the business unit/sector.
  • Including procurement strategy, bidding, design, planning, construction methodology, quality control and delivery of projects, both on-site and during the prequalification and tender process.
  • Ensuring the business meets its goals of delivering quality projects, on time and profitably to the agreed project and business targets.
  • Managing precincts- stadium, elite sports centre, indoor sports arena, E-Games arena, which includes up-scale hotel, gondola station (Structure), metro station (Structure), residential, retail and commercial, public car parking, town square and public realm etc.
  • Working with the business unit/sector commercial and construction director to ensure qualitative approaches and documents are prepared to meet KPI targets.
  • Providing hands-on coaching and management to project directors, construction managers and technical services managers.
  • Ensuring compliance and approach in line with company goals ensuring clear accountabilities and deliverables on each project.
  • Building a relationship with clients and contractors as a member of the business unit/sector management team.
  • Ensuring through the project teams and planning support that project programming and reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Overseeing the delivery of relevant projects within the business units, ensuring that we comply in all aspects with our corporate standards.
  • Ensuring proper snags, defects, processes and good customer care implementation working within the KPI targets as set by the business.
  • Overseeing our commitment to sustainability and environmental targets ensuring our site/project teams are promoting corporate standards and best practices.
  • Participating in the production of and implementation therefore of the business plan for the business/sector.
  • Focusing on the Group?s innovation strategy, digital, assembly, operation, lean and continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing and delivering start-up workshops for the delivery teams, covering technical subjects.
  • Carrying out technical adjudications of tenders in compliance with company procedures.
About youYou have a relevant degree qualification, master?s preferred. You will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursue a similar level of professional qualification.You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and run a strong, motivated team.
