Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Design Supervisor to lead our Technical Department in delivering exceptional interior design and joinery solutions. This role demands a proactive leader who can motivate and develop a skilled team, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards.Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical drawings and shop drawings, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
  • Proven experience in leading and supervising a team.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, or similar tools.
  • Excellent understanding of materials, construction methods, and building codes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, and contractors.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
  • Background in Interior Design with a focus on joinery work.
  • Located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
