Job Description

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible in ensuring seamless customer onboarding, configuration, and technical integration of the companys API and on-premises solutions. This role involves a hands-on approach to deploying the companys solutions in customer environments, from initial setup support to continuous technical guidance.

  • Manage the entire customer onboarding process, from technical deployment to API integration configuration.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate customer teams on product functionalities and API features, setup and security.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for API integrations to ensure seamless setup.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for deployment-related issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including onboarding processes, best practices, and workflows, to streamline future implementations and knowledge sharing.
  • Prepares technical proposals, technical designs, and responses to tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and technical assessments.
  • Oversee project planning for each customer deployment and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Stay updated on product developments and guide customers on new features to optimize their companys experience.
