Provide clerical support and collaborate with managers to develop and implement action plans essential to proper time, cost and process management.
Follow up on Client requests, take minutes during project meetings, and analyse data as required.
Attend regular meetings with contractor(s) to ensure the progress on site activities meets the requirements of the construction program.
Liaise with the site supervision team (by third-party) to ensure that the progress of the work meets the milestones of the project and the overall program.
Establish supervision procedures for the team and monitor during the life cycle of the project.
Monitoring and review of the team performance and control team resources and report to the manager.
Implementation of communication procedures and correspondence between supervision team and contractor.
Collect all information from supervision team and makes summary and reports to the manager, maintaining accurate records of project management operations, schedules, and costs.
Highlight and make recommendations of all the obstacles on site related to (team, project, performance, resources) to manager for action.?
Carry out quality reviews and checks to ensure project operations are in line with industry best practices.
Assist in the preparation of the weekly & monthly reports and project status with respect to the project base lines.
Collect all required information from supervision team and finalize these data and report to the manager in order to evaluate the interim payment of the contractor.
