Job Summary:The SaaS Development Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of software engineers and developers in designing, developing, and maintaining Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. This role ensures high-quality implementation, team efficiency, and adherence to modern best practices and standards in cloud-based software development. The Team Lead works closely with product managers and QA teams to deliver scalable and reliable technical solutions.??? Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SaaS development team, assign daily tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Design scalable, modern software solutions according to business requirements.
  • Review code to ensure it meets quality and architecture standards.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting technical challenges and provide mentorship.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Manage and maintain the full software development lifecycle (CI/CD).
  • Oversee deployment processes, continuous integration, and regular product updates.
  • Improve the performance, stability, and security of SaaS applications.
  • Foster the professional development of team members through ongoing training and coaching.
