Job Description

Education: Bachelor?s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational or recreational

  1. Fluency in English Language.
  2. To work with children in a loving and nurturing manner; allowing them to reach their optimal developmental level in a safe environment.
  3. To work under the Montessori System using its material and techniques.
  4. To follow all school rules, policies, and procedures.
  5. To meet deadlines regarding paperwork (reports, newsletters and Montessori Booklets)
  6. Training and workshops might include Saturdays.
  7. To follow health and safety guidelines in the classroom
  8. Track children?s progress and communicate with parents regularly
  9. To be cool-tempered, friendly and reliable
  10. teacher is accountable for Student?s accidents under her supervision
