Job Description

The Tax Accountant plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing tax compliance and reporting for our Heavy Equipment Rental in Riyadh. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of tax regulations and accounting principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tax obligations are met accurately and on time, while also providing strategic insights to optimize tax liabilities.Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and file corporate tax returns in compliance with local and international tax regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough tax research to stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the construction industry.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax obligations.
  5. Provide guidance and support during tax audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is available.
  6. Monitor and analyze tax-related transactions and provide recommendations for improvements.
  7. Prepare and maintain detailed records of tax-related activities and correspondence.
  8. Train and mentor junior accounting staff on tax-related matters.
  9. Review and analyze financial statements for tax implications.
  10. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to tax expenses.
