Join one of the leading global online food ordering and delivery marketplaces!We are looking for a Talent Manager to join the People & Culture team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.Your mission:You will be responsible of how to maximize the potential of those working within the organization, determine the talent populations needed, and the development path for the individuals who sit within these populations.You?ll also use workforce planning information to help identify critical talent, while supporting the retention and accelerated progression of those capable of excelling. You?ll also look beyond organizational boundaries to work with diverse talent pools.Your heroic duties:

  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Engage and connect with new and potential hires to create exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
  • Participate in the designed and delivery of new employee orientation program to integrate new hires into the organizational
  • Led cross-functional change initiatives designed to increase employee satisfaction and enhance organizational culture
  • Participate in the Successful planning and implementation of talent sourcing and acquisition.
  • Defining of talent for different talent pools and assessing them to identify ways of development.
  • Measuring the value of different talent interventions programs.
  • Participate in the Development of talent acquisition & Development strategies and hiring plans.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Participate in the designing of succession and contingency frameworks.
  • Devising diverse approaches to talent and their development.
  • Creating development interventions for those identified as talent.
  • Participate in driving the organization for a better performance management.
  • Ensure the implementation of an effective and efficient employee development programs.
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
  • Perform other duties as requested by line manager.
Nice to have:
  • Bachelors / Master?s degree in BA, Human Resources Management, or a Related Field.
  • Minimum of 4 years as a senior Talent Acquisition/Development.
  • Superior interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Able to interface with all levels executives.
  • Problem Solving & Decision- Making Skills.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Flexible team player.
  • High attention to details.
  • Experience working with a Human Capital Management (HCM) system and TA systems.
  • Passionate about people development.
