Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and hire qualified candidates who align with our company culture and values.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  3. Review resumes and applications to screen candidates and shortlist potential hires.
  4. Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, qualifications, and fit for the role.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  3. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
