& Role:Our client, a design company in Riyadh, are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist-Saudi national.Responsibilities:? Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.? Design job description and interview questions in line with position requirements.? Source potential candidates through online channel.? Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.? Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.? Determine selection criteria.? Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.? Plan interview and selection procedure, including screening calls, assessments?? Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.? Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.? Foster long term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.? Maintain proper records of applicants information, interactions, interview details, CVs and other details in an organized manner.
