We are ACCUMED.About the RoleThe Specialist, Talent Acquisition anticipates and meets the requirement to deliver best in class talent to the business. Supports the HR leaders in attracting, retaining and developing talent across the organization. Provides input in managing the recruitment strategy, policy and objectives. Manages the orientation and induction of new starters, supports the PRO in completing all required visa formalities and may support wider HR team as required.Responsibilities

• Consults with business leaders/managers to understand the need for resources as well as stakeholders requirements, both proactively and in response to current openings
• Provides consulting regarding sourcing, screening and securing of talent
• Develops and executes recruitment strategies
• Serves as life cycle recruiter for assigned openings
• Responds to client requests for information specific to areas of knowledge or expertise. This include qualitative and quantitative information
• Establishes clear timelines on completion of requisitions
• Manages agency relationships and participates in activities as assigned/appropriate
• Builds candidate flow for point-in-time and future openings: searches for and identifies candidates through multiple and diverse means, both through direct outreach and by collaborating with other stakeholders
• Assesses candidate qualifications and conducts pre-screen interviews. Presents screened, pre- qualified candidates to stakeholders
• Collaborates with and influences business leaders within Human Capital and the departments. Fosters trust in relationships and collaboration in work products
• Provides guidance and counsel to business leaders based on established policies, programs and procedures
