Job Description

????????? Assess CVs, short list them and prescreen candidates for relevant vacancies.????????? Contact candidates, arrange interview times????????? Prepare job offer materials and be ensure the candidate has all the information he needs to decide whether to accept the position.????????? Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (turnover rates)????????? Phone screening the cv?s approved by the manager????????? Complete the required reference check on selected candidates as requested.
