Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist position is available in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are a private sector employer seeking an experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
  4. Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks on potential candidates.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
  2. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in talent acquisition.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  5. Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
