Use all available methods to source suitable candidates to fill open job vacancies.
Pre-screening candidates, ensuring they meet role requirements, and fit the AE vision and values.
Interview all sourced candidates and shortlist suitable candidates for final technical interview.
Negotiate, collect required documents and draft of job offers for the selected candidates.
Coordinate with Admin & Government Relations team for candidate?s documents verification, labour and residency process.
Effective use of online and offline candidate sourcing methods to identify, approach and engage talent (e.g., CV databases, internet searching, , talent pools etc.).
Ensure the recruitment process is run in compliance with all appropriate local legislation and regulations.
Announce new employee on-boarding and co-ordinate with Business Partner to schedule orientation and familiarization program.
Liaises with Travel desk and Admin team for relocation arrangement of overseas hiring.
Update recruitment tracker regularly and generate weekly/monthly recruitment status report for Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
Handle the employee onboarding process.
