Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
?Preparing, reviewing and monitoring our annual budget for recruitment
?Forecasting our future hiring needs on the basis of our business growth strategies
?Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
?Managing partnerships with alumni associations, colleges and job boards
