Duties/Responsibilities

Manage servers and appliances (Linux, Windows, Apache).
Manage active directory.
Manage WHM for hosting system.
Manage company name servers (DNS).
Manage cloud computing setup (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Administration of systems and tools.
Monitor performance and maintain servers, software, and hardware according to requirements ( Supervise the Operations team).
Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
Configure and Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
