Responsible for Infrastructure virtual environment (VMware).
Provide support for Exchange Environment and for senior levels engineers.
Provide on-site support for VOIP system ( Avaya ) , IP telephony.
Provide support for cloud services O365 , MS Teams , AzureAD connect, SharePoint.
Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures to make sure that all servers are backed up successfully also responsible for validating backups on UAT environment (Testing environment)
Responsible of end point security to manage Kaspersky security center.
Experience troubleshooting issues in a growing environment.
