Job Description

    • Manage infrastructure Cloud, on-premises (Hardware, Software)
    • Handle and secure User accounts (Ensure applying users policy)
    • Act as a second line of support
    • Handle IT purchasing, supplies and manage suppliers
    • Manage backup and verify data validation
    • Manage SQL Server security and backup
    • Monitor, report, and correct any deviation of the current structure, ensuring high availability and security of the services.
    • Monitor resources and requirements and take necessary actions to buy, renew, update, upgrade or demolish
    • Participate and apply company and security policy on resources and ensure all resources are submitted to rules and procedures
    • Participate or handle new infrastructure projects Design, Plan
    • Design, deploy, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot telecommunications equipment and network for Call Center and All branches.
    • Provide and manage a secure, high-performance network for services including VoIP, QoS, CoS, LAN s, traditional TDM, and SIP
    • Administrate, support, monitor GENESYS PureConnect
    • Design and create campaigns and workflows
