Job Description

We are looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced system analyst to analyze, design and implement new systems and features, as well asto modify and maintain existing systems to adapt to business and/or technology changes. The system analyst ensures the successful design, development, and delivery of solutions that comply with quality standards in timely manner.System Analyst Responsibilities

  • Communicate with business team to determine and gather the system scope and requirements
  • Prepare technical documentation (system flow, screen designs, database structures and diagrams) as per system scope implementing the best practices for scalability, supportability, interoperability, ease of maintenance and optimized performance
  • Communicate to developers the technical documentation for development
  • Assign and monitor the development schedule to ensure timely implementation
  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures to ensure the overall accuracy and usability
  • Direct the migration and implementation
  • Create training processes and manual documentation for users
