Job Description

A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting for aSystem Administratorto be based inRiyadh, KSA.Please note that dueto Saudization, onlySaudi Nationalswill be considered.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered.   • Responsible for Installing, configuring, and setting up of customer systems.
  • Providing after-sale support which includes hands-on troubleshooting, diagnosing, fixing IT issues and providing support remotely.
  • Setting up and installing computers, networks, and software. Manages upgrades and implement security controls.
  • Supporting 2nd level technical internal IT requirements
  • Delivering accurate and regular management reporting on the performance of IT Services
  • Maintaining good customer service and keeping information confidential.
