Hands-on experience with Kaspersky/ McAfee AV (Anti Virus), EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), DLP, SIEM, IPS (Intrusion Prevention System), Email, and WEB gateway, etc.
Should have Kaspersky, McAfee, Proof point Security, or equivalent certification with Information Security experience. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
Perform Kaspersky/McAfee/email gateway maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
