Job Description

L1 Support engineerRequirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any IT field.
  • Minimum of2-3 years? experience as L1 Support Engineer
  • Good skills in Writing cases and interacting with Service Desk systems.
  • Experience in supporting customers tickets.
  • Fundamental Knowledge in Cloud Computing (Plus point).
  • Should be Saudi National ONLY.
Responsibilities:
  • L1 Support to customer tickets
  • Support Mobile Packages Account Issues.
  • Support Mobile Packages - Billing/Invoicing issues.
  • Transfer Portal / Products technical to back end technical team i.e., L2 & L3.
