?Maintain uninterrupted and timely flow of supply for raw materials, to fulfill production requirements as per the requested demand in accordance with material cycle time and supplier lead time.?Review inventory and stock levels per raw material and take proper actions in case of shortages or excess.?Minimize inventory levels by seeking the optimal transport methods and checking alternative raw materials.?Control material by using company?s software system ?FORS? to calculate material stock level, reviewconsumption and track material movement and allocation inside the warehouses and production areas.?Review material shelf-life and request quality inspection for further use before expiration to avoid scrapping.?Maintain a high level of communication with suppliers to receive the needed requirements smoothly.?Monitor supplier performance and compliance to be in-line with company?s policies and supply agreements, and take the necessary actions in case of irregularities or shortfalls.?Manage consignment suppliers by ensuring that material is issued as per instructed work process and by issuing weekly consumption report to suppliers to review their inventory at LEONI stores and receive due payments.?Follow up with the logistics team on the delivery of in transit raw material and review the best shipping options.?Revise pending payments with accounts payable team and ensure that pending cases are being solvedaccording to the agreed payment terms to avoid supplier escalations.?Supervise and develop day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and accomplished in a timely manner.
