A fresh graduate of Supply Chain Engineering or LogisticsJOB PURPOSE:Responsible for delivering related operations across the region.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Track the effect of the rout2. Evaluating, implementing and monitoring of processes and plans.3. Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures for documenting department activities andactions.4. Monitoring of KPIs with service providers and following up to understand root causes and providesolutions.5. Analytic Reporting to reduce lead time and costs associated with customer demands andexpectations.6. Working on corrective actions to improve any weaknesses in the processes.7. Provide a proper course of action to customers to guarantee their satisfaction.8. Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives.9. Proven experience communicating and working with multiple divisions (customer service,transportation, returns, etc.) to meet customer expectations.10. Preparing daily and weekly reporting to track on-time delivery performances by location.11. Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
