Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.Define product assortment and auto replenishment.Ensure stores have enough stock.Communicate with POS/warehouse supervisors to make sure that they have enough stock but not excess stock/working capital.Check the inventory in a timely manner and help the warehouse in-charge managers in making sure that the correct quantities of all the products are available.Tracking the orders to make sure they arrive at their destination.Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning).Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery).Oversee inventory procedures.Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.Evaluate vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders) according to quality standards.Help foster trusting relationships with business partners.Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems.Track KPIs and report on supply chain?s performance.Send daily report about the order status & stock.Data mining, analysis and reporting.Make our supply chain run as smoothly and profitably as possible.
