Manage the maintenance operations of the processing plant.
Guide the team of technicians in adhering to the maintenance plan prepared by the Deputy Manager ? Maintenance.
Coordinate with Foreman in assigning maintenance work to the technicians in their assigned shifts.
Ensure minimal downtime for the equipment in PPP.
Inform Manager ? Maintenance if assistance is required from vendors for repair/maintenance.
Assist maintenance team in performing temporary repair work to keep the equipment in running condition, till the maintenance team of the equipment vendor arrives.
Assist the team of Technicians in maintenance work as and when required.
Recommend to Manager ? Maintenance on requirement of spares and consumables for the PPP equipment.
Coordinate with Manager ? Maintenance for maintaining minimum stock level of spares required for the smooth functioning of the system.
Comply with the safety policies and procedures.
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for the Processing section.
Periodically review the performance of the technicians and recommend relevant training.
