The Production Supervisor is responsible for the efficient set-up and operation of (FRP) Fiber reinforce plastic, spray coating of products, and direction of all shift production employees to produce high-quality Bathtubs and shower trays in accordance with the production schedule. Operate the factory within all, quality standards and maintain production standards as efficiently as possible. Will adhere to good housekeeping and will assume responsibility for the entire facility. It is crucial that this person be able to work both day and night shift as the position swings from days to nights.?Essential Duties and Responsibilities
