The Role:The Group Logistics Superuser is responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse systems and activities by troubleshooting, escalating and resolving user issues, acting as the expert in the field and providing expert first level systems support. Additionally this Superuser supports user training activities, including new starter system training.Qualifications & Requirements:You will have:Senior/secondary school certificateExperience of working in a warehouse environment - preferably within shipping, logistics or supply chain departmentsKnowledge and experience working with warehouse tools and equipment (integrated logistics systems, radio frequency scanning guns)English language skills.
