Develop and lead strategies for sub contracts to influence business decisionsPrepare award recommendations and negotiated subcontract agreements, managing subcontracts through final closeout.Ensure subcontracts were in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulations.Analyze business practices to evaluate RFQ responsiveness, contractor responsibility and contractor performance.?Follow to an established expediting system to ensure timely delivery and supplier performance ratingsIdentify solutions for areas of potential risk /opportunity within sub contractsPerform commonly-used contracting methods and contract types related to pre-award, post-award, and/or price/cost analysis functions to perform well defined and precedent contract actions.?Manage relationship and execution activities for subcontractor including quality issues, scheduling of production, raw material planning and execution issues.Evaluate proposals and maintain subcontract files in accordance to the established proceduresEstablished contractor performance metrics and conducted supplier performance reviews.Solicited, negotiated, and administered Sub Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Subcontracts.Performed Subcontracts close-out in accordance with Strategy and Corporate Procedures.Make, communicate, and follow the work agreements with subcontractors strongly and to monitor in case of agreement violations, in all manners.Address subcontractor deviations, monitor subcontract agreement modifications, maintain formal subcontract agreement files, and manage subcontract close-out activity.Manpower planning, understand BOQs and work requirements and should act accordingly.Knowledge of rental teams hiring procedures in line with the KSA labor ministry rules & regulations.
