Job Description
Regional Promotion: Responsible for conducting APP ground promotion activities in designated areas to promote the companys products and services, ensuring coverage of the target user base.
Offline Activities: Organize and participate in offline promotional activities, including but not limited to distributing promotional materials, hosting small promotional events, participating in community activities, and mall promotions, to attract users to download and use the companys APP to complete orders.
User Support: Assist users in answering questions about the APP, providing a good user experience, ensuring that users encounter no obstacles during their usage.
Information Collection: Actively collect user feedback and market information through methods such as questionnaires and user interviews, promptly report to superiors, and provide improvement suggestions to help optimize products and services.
