Job Description
As a Store Manager, you will also be responsible for managing the stores budget, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability, all while upholding the companys brand image and reputation within the community.
Leading and motivating a team of employees, offering guidance, training, and performance evaluations to achieve or surpass sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service, will be one of your primary responsibilities.
