Job Description

ObjectivesOur client is a newly established business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that runs organic supermarkets and restaurants, is looking for??an experienced Store Manager to join their team! As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for operations of a store.Key responsibilities:

  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
  • Develop business strategies to raise customers? pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Managing budgets
  • Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts, maintaining inventories.
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, and mentoring
  • Ensure high levels of customer?s satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints
  • Overseeing pricing
  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
  • Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
  • Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
