Job Description

A Store Keeper plays a vital role in maintaining inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of a companys supply chain. We are seeking a competent and reliable individual to join our team as a Store Keeper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-5 years of relevant experience in storekeeping or a similar role. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials or products.
  2. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
  3. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
  4. Ensure proper storage and organization of items to maintain their quality and prevent damage.
  5. Prepare and pack orders for shipment or delivery.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill internal requests for materials or products.
  7. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized store area.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  10. Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
  4. Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proficient in using computerized inventory management systems.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Physical stamina to handle and lift heavy items.
  9. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
