Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in nursing. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.Responsibilities:

  1. Assessing patient health conditions and implementing nursing care plans, by assisting doctors in their clinics, laser and surgical procedures.
  2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitoring patient vital signs, visual acuity and documenting patient information.
  4. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive care plan.
  5. Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
  6. Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the patients environment.
  7. Keeping accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
  8. Participating in purchasing & procurement as well as staff meetings and continuing education programs.
  9. Adhering to all healthcare regulations and protocols.
  10. Assisting with patient education and discharge planning.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Nursing.
  2. Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia.
  3. Proven experience as a Staff Nurse.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Strong attention to detail.
  7. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  8. Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  9. Knowledge of electronic medical record systems, autoclaving, and surgical procedures
