Job Description

Job Purpose:We are looking for a motivated manager to lead our smart mobile team to provide direction and leadership of the smart mobile division of our product division. You will have the opportunity to lead an innovative team using the latest industry technology to create new mobile technology in our KSA. ˙Through this leadership team, you will help support the rapid growth of Targas mobility division and the integration of supporting mobility technologies.˙

  • Leads the implementation of the initiatives developed in the smart mobility plan.
  • Manage product requirements through the agile product development lifecycle, ensure ˙˙˙assignment and deliver high quality end-to-end product delivery.
  • Identify market needs and provide valuable product opportunities.
  • Update, prioritize and communicate both short- and long-term product goals.˙
  • Work closely with various departments of the company, including design, sales and marketing, to promote product excellence.˙
  • Explore new ways to improve existing services and products .
  • Track KPIs, collect user feedback and analyze product behavior to achieve product goals.
  • Be a team player and help shape team standards around product development and design methods.
  • Strong technical and business product skills and be able to lead and participate in multiple challenging inbound and outbound activities.
  • Determines the strategic direction of the Smart Mobility program. Manages routine updates to the Smart Mobility Roadmap.
  • Determines and controls the scope of products, schedules and budget; determine product/project objectives, priorities, policies and procedures for program implementation; identifies and addresses issues that may present technical, schedule, or financial risks to projects.
  • Define and implement standards, guidelines, and performance targets for complex and highly technical smart mobility.
  • Assist in the development of work processes/plans to ensure coordination between design and our operations and maintenance department.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in the IT field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
