Architect and design smart cities platforms (e.g. IOT, 5G, Command and Control Center, Advanced Analytics, etc.)
Engage in technical discussions with internal and external smart city stakeholders to ensure proper alignment and clear roles and responsibilities over the smart city platforms implementation lifecycle
Develop Request for Proposals (RFPs) with detailed technical scope of work, expected deliverables, and timelines for the implementation of smart city platforms
Conduct technical workshops with potential technology vendors and system integrators for the implementation of smart city platforms
Evaluate proposals and recommend winning bidder
Conduct technical assessment of smart city solutions based on proven, hands-on experience
Work hand-in-hand with the winning bidders for the implementation of smart city platforms, providing technical insights, technical quality assurance, and recommendations to the client for successful implementation
