Were at the forefront of innovation in the engineering and construction landscape, redefining boundaries and consistently raising the bar for excellence.Looking for a civil engineer with excellent English skills who can handle subcontract agreements and progress payment tracking, with a background in technical office engineering. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience for the engineer role in technical office functions.This role will be evaluated for our projects located in Riyadh, Jubail, and Al Kharj in Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the technical documentation of the projects and making necessary updates,
  • Preparing subcontractor progress payments, bill of quantities and discovery calculations,
  • Reviewing project drawings and technical specifications and supporting the implementation processes,
  • Monitoring and reporting the correct implementation of manufacturing projects on site,
  • Preparing estimation, bill of quantities and cost analysis during tender processes,
  • Preparing the necessary technical reports on the progress of the projects and presenting them to the relevant units,
  • Providing budget control by following material and labor costs.
